What we look for

We expect all candidates to have:

• A good undergraduate science, mathematics or engineering degree and a Masters or PhD in a relevant field
• A creative and methodical approach to problem solving
• Experience in an industrial or technical environment

Data Science and AI Roles

• Extensive coding experience in Python and/or R
• Extensive experience of machine learning techniques using time series data

Design and Development Roles

• Extensive user interface design and development

Engineering Roles

• Engineering and/or operational experience on process plant, power stations or other utilities
• Demonstrable experience of managing or implementing innovation projects in an industrial setting
