What's your role at Ada Mode?

Head of Operations.

What does your average day look like?

My days normally kick off with me trying to tick off some of the things that we have on our to-do list and ensuring that the operational aspects of Ada are running smoothly. This is punctuated with various aspects of business development and marketing.

What's your favourite thing about working at Ada Mode?

The team I work with and how 2 days are never quite the same!

What has been your favourite project or challenge you've worked on?

Designing and implementing our BMS which enabled us to become ISO accredited.

It seems like everyone at Ada Mode shares the same passion for tech. What about AI technology are you most passionate about?

I’m passionate about the operational benefits that the technology can bring to industry, specifically low-carbon energy generation.

Where do you see the industry heading in the next 3-5 years?

An increase in adoption of machine learning / data science solutions in companies, both new industry and old.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?

I enjoy being creative and making things from scratch, whether that is a craft project, DIY project or baking and decorating cakes. I also enjoy taking part in various aerial fitness classes, yoga, hiking and exploring both at home and abroad!
